The high accurate MEMS gyro chip MGZ332HC-E1 is with Bias repeatability <0.1°/h and angular random walk <0.005°/√hr, its working temperature can reach 125°C, which is specially designed for borehole drilling, north seeking in oil & gas field. Due to its high performance, the MGZ332HC-E1 is also widely used in stabilization control, inertial measurement system, attitude measurement, inertial navigation systems based on MEMS technology.

The MGZ series MEMS Gyro chips are all single axis MEMS angular rate sensor (MEMS Gyro Sensor), its measurement range is from ±100°/s to ±10800°/s, which features with high stability, high performance, high accuracy, compact size 11*11*2 mm.
