HTS-FB1 series fiber optic gyroscopes (FOGs) are all solid state high precision angular rate inertial sensor based on the optical Sagnac effect, which integrates optics, mechanics and electricity. The fiber optic gyroscope is used to measure the rotational angular velocity of the carrier along the sensitive axis. This fiber optic gyroscope uses a digital closed-loop detection circuit to extract the optical path difference of clockwise and counterclockwise propagating light caused by the external physical angular velocity, which is sensitive to the fiber ring. At the same time, the optical path difference signal is converted into a voltage signal for signal modulation and demodulation, and closed-loop feedback and control are realized to achieve the purpose of real-time angular velocity signal detection.


HTS-FB1 fiber optic gyroscope has excellent performance characteristics, such as high accuracy, wide bandwidth, high resolution, small zero drift, short start-up time, high shock and vibration resistance, long lifetime. The HTS-FB1 fiber optic gyro sensor has an excellent bias repeatability less than 0.001°/h and a random walk coefficient of 0.0003°/√h. its performance can be an alternative of Ring Laser Gyro (RLG). Moreover, each gyroscope has been strictly screened and tested before out of factory.


Functions: The HTS-FB1 fiber optic gyroscope consists of an optical angular velocity sensitive unit and a signal detection unit, providing single-axis angular increment information and internal temperature information.


Applications: optoelectronic pods, flying platforms, strapping inertial navigation, inertial measurement systems, optical, photographic instruments, platform stabilization devices, inertial measurement instruments and other applications.
